I wasn't logged in as admin in IE and I selected a cached admin.php address net thing i know I get a "Your Attension Please" black page stating that my IP is banned.

Now WTF do i do! LOL!

Thanks for any help on this.

Please search the forums this has been discussed many times before.

...but in brief remove your IP from the database using phpmyadmin and remove it from the .htaccess file. Wink
