Forums,unable to highlight and get BB code before/after word

Hello,

This one is odd. I am unable to get the BB code to work as it should, as does here on these forums. For instance on MY site, when you decide you want to go back and make a word bold, generally you can then go back, highlight the word and then click on the B button. It then places the [ b] in front of the word. And a [ /b] after the word. Instead my forums jumps to the bottom and I find it annoying. Any ideas?

It is Firefox 2.XX issue, causing the issue. It works as expected in IE 6.X

Hi Susann,

Currently using ColdSteel, I tried another theme (HeliusGray) and it works as expected. When I get the time I will have to dig around some more in the forum pages to see if I can track it down

Do a search for BBcode issues here there are a few entries.
It works with all RavenNuke themes.
You could merge the files e.g. DeepBlue and your theme.
Check modules/Forums/templates/subSilver/posting_body.tpl
themes/DeepBlue/forums/posting_body.tpl
