Import data error for IP to Country Data

I am trying to update the ip to country data. I uploaded the html/import file on two sites, I was able to import all data on one site, on the other, none of the data is imported. What would cause this? Sentinel is updated to the latest version.

That happens from time to time and I have found that the best route is to delete the table and then recreate it. Below is a sql query that will do just that in phpMyAdmin which you should have access to through your sites hosting control panel. If you don't have access to run the query let me know and I'll create a short php file that will do it for you.

DROP TABLE IF EXISTS `nuke_nsnst_ip2country`;


CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS `nuke_nsnst_ip2country` (


  `ip_lo` int(10) unsigned NOT NULL default '0',


  `ip_hi` int(10) unsigned NOT NULL default '0',


  `date` int(20) NOT NULL default '0',


  `c2c` char(2) NOT NULL default '',


  PRIMARY KEY  (`ip_lo`,`ip_hi`),


  KEY `c2c` (`c2c`),


  KEY `date` (`date`)


) TYPE=MyISAM;

This query assumes your sites prefix is nuke and not something else. If it is different then change the two `nuke_ to `WHATEVERITIS_. Once the table is recreated you should be able to import that data normally thru NukeSentinel(tm)s admin panel.

I use only PhpMyAdmin and click there usally empty table which means truncate table if something isn´t okay with the entries in nuke_nsnst_ip2country table and afterthat I start again with IP2Country.

TRUNCATE TABLE `nuke_nsnst_ip2country`

To delete the table I would also use PHPMyAdmin.
Its a simple procedure.
