Hello,

This is the first time I have come across this error when installing the tables with installSQL.php. All tables load but this one does nothing.

Here is the error...

The exact error message that your MySQL server reported is:
MySQL Error # 4 = Duplicate column name 'requestor'

Anyone help ?
