Okey, i am suffering the same problem ( I think , not sure), and also (sorry if it is a n00b question, but i dont know what version do i have), because few users told me they can not login, after 2 or 3 times they inserted the right captcha code.
As technocrat says:
http://latindal.lewisoft.net/
Try if any can:
Login: testuser
Pass: test123
Thanks in advance.

Have you got this in your RNconfig.php file?
define('RAVENNUKE_VERSION', '022000'); |

Well after a year (exaggeration) of waiting for a reply. Here is what site ground told me.
Val at siteground wrote: | Most probably the issue is permissions related -- at least most of the captcha issues are actually happening due to the fact that the folder/files are with incorrect permissions. |
If this is try what folder would I look at changing the permissions too?
If this is false then they are trying to charge me for there screw up at there end.
Was wondering what you all have to say about it? |

Standard permissions for web sites is 755 for directories and 644 for files. However, if they are running *SuExec, these could be different. |

I have run RN new captcha on 5.2.0 through 5.2.5 over the last year and never a problem such as this. So, it was something else "under the covers" I suspect. |
