Removing title box for one block only

Hi there guys,

Nuke 7.8

I've got a problem. I'm trying to replace a flash menu with a static HTML menu. Due to the theme, I need to get rid of the title box. In the flash menu, there currently is no title box showing. I used the same block.php as the flash menu for a starting point, but when I uploaded the static block, the title box is showing.

Does someone have an idea how I could get rid of the titlebox so it doesn't show just for the menu?

Disregard my last. I resolved my issue by doing a $title match in theme.php.
