How do i get everything on my site to be in english? Thanks for the help.

I'm not sure what you mean. If the default language is English and that's the language you set, it should be English text.

The site info block and the administration panel are not in full english.

Check if you have the entires like:

define('_SERDT','Server Date/Time'); in your language/lang-english.php

I think you might be missing some language files? Try uploading your files again with a good FTP client like FileZilla (free on SourceForge.net).
