Two of my users (at least so far) are having trouble logging in, whether they use the Site Info block or the Your_Account module. They just keep getting redirected, but never actually getting logged in. The wierd thing is, I can login as them, and they can login on different computers.

I've got them to allow all cookies from my domain, but it doesn't help.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance. Smile

I would have them delete all their cookies and flush their cache.

Thanks for the advice, sadly he still isn't able to logon.

Any other ideas?

This is really annoying me, I have members-only features that my friends can't access. Crying or Very sad

I get this issue on some nuke sites when I have Zone Alarm privacy... cookie control set to medium. If I turn ZA cookie control off, I can login w/o problem. Tell them to take a look at their cookie settings on their firewall.

All my experience tells me this has to be a local machine issue. Either cookies, firewall, Virus checker, or security settings in IE.
