First of all the new Content Plus is simply great and very user friendly.

1. After a user adds new content, the admin gets an email to approve it. Hoewver, the "Waiting Content" block is empty. I guess the new module isn't compatible with the old block. Minor issue.

2. When clicking on the email link to the admin, the result is a Sentinel message saying I have been blocked for an "Unknown" reason and my IP is listed. However, in actuality there is no blocked IP added in the DB and also not in the .htaccess file. Access is still valid. I am NOT logged in as admin already BTW.

Cheers

I can tell you the next version of RavenNuke 2.3.01 contains the newest version of Content Plus and there the NukeSentinel issue is solved.
Don´t know about the block because I didn´t checked it but I know it works in the administration very well and shows the waiting content.

You can go to: http://slaytanic.sourceforge.net/
download the latest Content Plus module and only upload the files of Content Plus.

We need to make the waiting content block modular, and only display a content type if there is truly waiting content.

More funnies ....

I logged out of the site altogether - user and admin. User added content and I got the email. I clicked on the link and that resulted in being blocked for "unknown" attack. But I wasn't really blocked, only got the message, I'll have to check NS to see what the preference is for that, maybe ONLY an email.

Funny thing is tho that if I have to log in as admin to not get blocked then what's the use of the email as I can preview the content addition and so forth when logged in. Dunno, seems like a "round-robin" affair.

Well as long as your ip is protected in sentinel you won't get banned. I guess the thinking is that most people would already be logged in.

The email does remind you to check in a case where you may not be going to the site often.

My IP is "protected" and NS was configured for email only, corrected now.

Ok, as Susann already said in the new version of CP the issue of being blocked by sentinel is already solved by not including the full address and just the domain instead. Is not that you get banned by NS but just a temporally block to use the site as you are trying to use admin functionality while not being logged in as admin.

As already being said in version 2.2.1 of CP (to be included in next release of RavenNuke) this is already fixed.

Regarding the waiting content block... while CP does make it to the core of RavenNuke you'll have to manually edit mainfile.php to show up the waiting content pages. There's a post in my site with instructions on how to do it... link below

Thanks, I added the extra code found a little down the page, works as intended.
