After some of the problems I had with installing the Work Board I decided just to start from scratch since it was a new install anyway.

BUT.. lol

I have tried to reinstall the site several times and can not get to the admin.php on this step:

Configure Base RavenNuke™

I put in to go to admin.php and I get my NukeSent. log in pop up box. This is a clean install with a new database. I type in the info I provided and it still does not let me in.

I have done installs several times and have never had this happen.

Help..

Upload the standard .htaccess and .staccess files that come with the installation. Then readd your self in sentinel later.

well if it is asking you for a user and password to navigate to the folder it has to be an .htaccess folder someplace.

I was shocked when I got that log in window. I never got it in any of the other installs.

Since getting the first one I have done everything from reinstalling the tables to doing a clean install with a fresh download from this site with new database and all. its probably just some little thing thats got me but its odd to do the same mistake several times when I have never done it in the past.

ARgg...

I am guessing here, but I wonder if the installation is throwing a redirect back to admin.php, but why your previous login isn't being retained is beyond me ATM.

I think I have figured something out. There is something in one of the files that is causing the folder of the site to be password protected directory.

When I rename the file the lock goes with that directory. When I create a new directory with the directory name I need it stays unlocked. But when I move the files to the new directory the lock transfers.

What I don't understand is 1. why is it doing this, and 2. why can I still access the index.php site or even the setup pages if there really is a lock on the directory.

Here is more I have found out. From what I can see my first install of RN (my main site not the one I am installing as a subdomain) has done something to make the the root directory look protected. While I was able to access my main site no problem it was blocking my secondary site somehow.

After removing the block in cpanel I was able to access the sites no problem..

BUT

Now Nuke Sentinal is not protecting my sites that I am aware of (never getting the Sent. log in) I resorted the lock on how it was when I removed it but now anyone must input the Username and PW to visit the base site.

Whats going on?

Ok got my main site up and running and Sent. working well.

Now when I go into the setup on my addon domain I get the Sent. Login page. I put in the log in for the addin site its denied, but If i put in the login for the main site I get past the Sent. login screen. But I get sent to a message that states "This module is not active".

All help would be appreciated.
