cache problem ExpiresActive

Ive noticed for a while (only since 2.3) that I have to save things twice to display properly.

e.g. If I change change sentinel's status to "disabled" and save it, when it reloads it is still set to "enabled".But if I refresh "F5" it shows up disabled.Same for ultramode in preferences.It happens on most area's these are just 2 examples.

I finally worked out if I change the following setting to off in htaccess everything works as it should.

Anyone else experience this, Or know why it would be doing it.

Yes, this was actually addressed in another forum thread by CodyG. Have you checked the statements between the <IfModule mod_expires.c> and its closing tag against what was distributed with 2.3.1? I believe the PHP caching was removed from the list, so if you still have it in yours, you might want to remove it and then turn caching back on.
