Hello raven staff,

How to control the table width size of the forum? My forum table is too large.

TQ

Pretty much controlled by whatever forums template you are running
I would check in overall_header.tpl

Contain the theme in a table Smile wich will allow your containing images stretch to 100% but also hold it in at a certain width. can you provide a link to the site so i can give a more detailed explanation Smile
If the theme is already held together but its being pushed out by an image for instance then that would need to be removed... but im guessing as i cant see the site Smile

Put news in home instead and use an other center forums block because it looks very ugly.

I agree with Susann. This is why left and right blocks are usually turned off when you view forums in Nuke, to make sure there is enough room.

Try with screen resolution 1024 X 768 pixel and above... You see the difference...? You see the header and the right block...

If your forums tables are making your site need to scroll to view the pages then you can try 2 options my friend. The Post widening fix for bbtonuke or if it your images that are making the tables go wide then try the highslide mod for phpbb. If you need help with either mod please PM me my friend and i will be happy to lend a hand. Are you using a theme that came default with ravennuke ? If sp which theme so i could get a head start on the post widening fix for you.

If you contain the theme in a table... it will 'contain' ALL information within it. Set the maximum width to what you want i.e 990 or 1024.
If you put information in that is larger than that, the theme will stretch and look out of place, some images may cause this if your posting them in the forum. Either use the idea nextgen suggested or resize some images if thats the cause of it.
Or another idea... get a more suitable theme.
