Take a look at this and tell me what you think. 3000MB of bandwidth transfer surpassed in one month. My website www.Evolved-Gamers.com is down because of this and it looks like i'm being hit by bots from the "Russian Federation"
Please Help! X_X |

Wow 3 TB.. looks like you are being targeted by Russian bots. Something Raven would have to look into, maybe block it at the ISP level |

I hope Raven can help me on that because every day the site is down takes away three days of developing the member base and website. With a gaming community it is all about momentum. Once you get momentum you soar high and fast, once you lose it - its an uphill battle to regain that activity. |

not sure if they a leeching your files, but you may want to add some sort of hotlink protection to your htaccess file, although I realize you can't do that now because you are locked out of your acct (been there, lol)

aeonicstorm,
Have you thought about contacting Raven Web Services LLC (RWS) directly ? This is the first we've heard about it as we can't/don't personally monitor accounts. The suspension is automatic by the system. Blocking at the NS level won't help as the bandwidth has already been used to reach the site.
We will look into it right now but in order to release your account from suspension you will need to purchase more bandwidth to get you through to the first of next month when the bandwidth counter will automatically reset. Please send an email to ravenwebservices@everestkc.net and we will reply with information on purchasing some spare bandwidth. In the meantime we will see if we can isolate who/what is causing your issues and get back to you. In the event this happens again, please contact us immediately to avoid interruptions to your site(s).

These IP's appear to be the bad boys that have sucked your bandwidth: 194.8.75.44 194.8.75.245 194.8.75.239 194.8.74.229
Attached is some information about these ranges. Even though we can't be certain that the IPs aren't spoofed we have gone ahead and blocked them at the server level so that they are banned from the server, not just your site. This will alleviate any future issues from the IP range 194.8.72.0 to 194.8.75.255 (CIDR 194.8.72.0/22)

I also have a question. It shows only 2gig of bandwidth used this month where as we have 3 gigs. When does our bandwidth reset? We're only 11mgs over the limit and would probably need 20mgs added on to last us through the month but i'm wondering should the bandwidth get reset every month or how does that work? |

As I said in my reply above in order to release your account from suspension you will need to purchase more bandwidth to get you through to the first of next month when the bandwidth counter will automatically reset.
I don't know where you're seeing only 2gig used this month? Your account went into suspension because you went over your purchased bandwidth. You have used 3010.64 MB.
