subscribe users

hi guys

on my old site v7.3 now updated to RN Razz

i used to have a option where i could subscribe users for a lperiod of time but cant remmber how i added it as when modifify users i cant see it in the defualt set for RN could someone point me in the right direction

I am thinking NSNGroups is what you are looking for. It is pre-installed in RN

that could be it i just know there used to be a section in the "main"edit users section where you could subscribe the users a period of time from 1 - 10 years

I would have to check old NSN groups and Your Account modules for that function.

Mine is there....

Groups Administration 1.7.1 I am on RN Current unless what I am seeing is hold over code from the upgrade.

Folks, there is not "subscriber" feature in NSN Groups, only in the old Your Account, if, in fact, that is what is being described, which I believe it is. This feature was meant for paid subscriptions to the particular nuke site and, I believe, certain content could be limited to subscribers vs. the regular registered users. I just can't find it any longer within the Edit Users admin.

What NSN Groups has is a group assignment expiration date.

We may have removed it as we never heard about folks asking about this feature until now.

Montego that was excatly the thing i was trying to subscribe it was a feature in the Your_Account iirc it may have been a mod

Nope. Wasn't a mod, but may not have been in the CNBYA code base that was then used for the new RNYA. It is too late to introduce back into this next release of RavenNuke(tm) (2.40.00) as we are beyond code freeze, but something for us to consider down the road.
