Hi all, when I use the SEO Block to rewrite the site titles I notice I still get the added site name and site logo info from the old preferences Confused
Am I right in saying these have to be left blank?
I have tried these blank and it does seem to work fine but I am still left with an extra dash - in the title.
Cheers
mrix

No, they do not need to be blank. If you remove %slogan% - %sitename% from the site level override, they should not appear in your title tag when using the site level override. Please note: these variables may still exist in lower level overrides (i.e. module, category, subcategory, content).

yes I noticed this behavior and was fine with it, just something to be aware of so you don't add one of them twice in a row Smile

module level overrides automatically add the module name and site name at the end
content and category level overrides automatically add the site name at the end

can't speak to subcategory... but seems like a logical setup to me Smile
