RWS_WhoIsWhere block shows nothing

Users are logged in but the block is still empty.

Have you checked your server error log?

Thanks for your reply.

I was just trying to help a friend. The error log shows a long list of errors which I wouldn't begin to know how to fix; nor would I want to. I had them contact their host, but the host is in denial. I did point them to your hosting, but they are "not wanting to take the time to move just yet."

I uploaded the RWS_WhoIsWhere module and block from 2.3, which works on their site.
