Custom Fields

Needed little help getting this to work right on my site. Added custom fields, but text gets cut off no matter how high I set char value and when I go to edit it it only shows 1 line. please help

What do you mean by "when I go to edit it it only shows 1 line"

Is it possible to give an example of the custom field you want and possible values?

trying to add a field that is a bio section, but after I add all my info it cuts off.
The shows one line part is when I go to edit my profile it is not a big box like the sig field

Custom fields is not setup to create "textarea" fields. You can only create single line input fields or drop-down menus. Could you possible use the 'Extra Info" field for your bio information? Just change the name? If you need to add a new textarea let me know and I will try to walk you through creating one.

You need to edit the file and hard code it in there, and then add the database entry manually. So you are good?
