Blocks not appearing in CP admin/blocks

I uploaded 3 new blocks into my site root but i cant see them listed on blocks list on my site controlpanel/blocks. There is one thing i found in blocks readme but i cant uderstand it as ive just started my journey with websites:
b) All blocks needs to return a variable with the content called $content,
you can see the Sample Block included.

Its completly crap when i cant add new site features. What should i do?

I run RavenNuke_v2.4.00.

The blocks should be uploaded to your blocks folder. If you did that, you will need to activate the blocks from the admin blocks.

i just want to make sure, but you said you uploaded the blocks to the site root. Are the blocks in the blocks folder?

Oh, i cought your point. I should activate them just like nuken showed:) Now its working thought is appears that center block forum in not functional. Yet i ll fix that.

Just to let you know, a lot of older blocks use the old db layer which will not work with RavenNuke(tm). Here are examples of how to convert older blocks and modules to work.

Also, a lot of the older forums blocks do not work so well. You may have to look around for one that does what it should. The included ForumsCollapsing block included with RavenNuke is a center block.
