I urgently need a script to be put in PHP-Nuke in order to limit the number of contemporary downloads of a file. Please, can You tell me where can I find it?

What are 'contemporary' downloads?

some times I put online, of the files it happens that the files this comes download from more than 100 members involves a remarkable lowering of the bandwitch and the download it is slow. exists a script where I can decide how many members at the same time can download the files? and all the others put them in tail?.
