not work accented characters

Can someone help me?
Cms: RavenNuke_v2.40.01
Windows Localhost works fine, but not on the server
MySQL charset: UTF-8 Unicode (utf8)
MySQL connection collation: UTF8_general_ci

the server does not work accented characters in the title tags submit
The prewiev still good, but not in the database do not enter accented characters.
The Body submit good. right accent added to the database.

This issue also has the admin functions.
I can not accented title given to the blocks
The title of the forum and body of the text is broken

I tried to change the charakter encoding
but could not find a good solution.

Is there anyone else have this problem?
Hungarian languages, so that the portal is useless.

Unfortunately, RavenNuke(tm) is not certified as UTF-8 compatible in all areas. This is something we will be working on over time. Look in the language directory from the root of your web site (such as lang-english.php) for this define:

define('_CHARSET','ISO-8859-1');

Try changing the 'ISO-8859-1' to 'UTF-8'

However, no guarantees it will work for every case.
