How do I fix this?

 mysqldump: Got error: 2002: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (62) when trying to connect

This is a problem with the host of the MySQL server. The Server might be down. Another cause is when the tmp file is out of space. Either way, it is a hosting problem.
