(H) behind members names

when i look at our site www.gs4r.com
we have a login info blok on the left, and some users that are online i see behind there name this (H)

for sample : k9-noja (H)

what does that mean ?

I think it means hidden. If I'm not mistaking, that was a bug fixed in the 2.40.01 release of RavenNuke. Users were automatically being assigned hidden status when registering.

2.40.01 was easy to upgrade to. Do you have a lot of modified features to your site?

uhm well i got the bb box thing installed
left and right bloks
own theme ajustments
forum center bloks

all that kinde of things

You can get away with leaving you old forums and themes and not uploading the new ones if you have modified them. What do you mean by left and right blocks?

You shouldn't have much of a problem. I would use Xampp and test it locally to see how hard it would be to upgrade first.
