New comment email bug?

I see that a discussion is much more lively with the e-mail send to users. But I got such an e-mail:

Could you explain, what is it? Why the return adress is also mine? What a bug is it that I don't receive it? Only the error message.

This is an article reply mod that I wrote and is downloadable from my site. It's similar to the forum reply mod in that you are always made aware of any articles that you have replied to or written.

Now, either your email address in your Profile is incorrect or you will need to check with your host and ask him what this error is about

But there is sth in it, because I've recieved email notification (the same adress) from this Forum - without this error message. Like that:

What is 'sth in it'?

Like I said, ask your HOST. They have some kind of a restriction possibly on the format of the email header which is NOT the same as the forum post replies. Once you tell me why they are blocking the headers I can look into it.
