Blank Page when I change my email

Hello everybody, I just changed my email address and then I tried to activate it again but it didn't work. I can not access to the forum when I reactivate the account. Please remove or desactivate this account(unicornio2) and fix my other account (unicornio) please,Thanks in advance.

This is a problem with this site, not RN. I reactivated your account.

This seems to be a phpbb2 issue, because it has happened on my 7.6 site too. Strangely, it happens also for approx 5-10 % of members registering as new member on my site, so I have to check for each new member that user_active in nuke_users table is 1 and not 0.

i haven't tried this in awhile, but I'm pretty sure if a user changes their email in RavenNuke, their acct will be disabled as well... Unless this changed when RNYA was introduced.

It took me a couple of years to find out this. After the discovery I checked the database for user_active 0 I found out that 10 % of my total members was inactive, but none of those had complained to me.

Well it happened to me (Nukeum66) also. I was able to reactivate, but had no access to the forum. YES Raven I do still check up on you all... Smile

I did see that although I was logged in to the main site, it is showing me as not being logged on to the Forum.

Old thread, revisited.

I changed my email address yesterday (Andyb) and did the confirmation email.

It lets me log in, but when I do I can't see the forums or PM's- header seems to indicate it's not logged me in.

I have similar on my own site, I think- if you go to admin > forums > admin it will probably show my account as "deactivated"- is there a fix for this?

Is it possible that my account can be sorted, please? (I did send an email/ reply to the email confirmation message, but not sure if Raven checks that email account)

Thanks for any help you can provide.

I just logged in to update my email the other day and when I did I was deactivated. I think I had this problem before, but I did need to update my email. Now my only option was to create another account again, as I'm stuck without forum access again. For now I will use this account, but my other is horrorcode with no dash, if/when someone might have time to fix it.
