Interesting, was just thinking bout this. Is this the one with the silverish image looking buttons? If so, is there any way to change those back to the default bbcode style buttons? As theyre so much smaller and cuter. |

The mod should work with php-puke. The phpBB site isn't closed it is just down temporarily but they no longer support phpBB 2.x which is what php-puke uses. |

It should work with *nuke. I didn't use this particular copy but I binned my code after... well I wasn't happy with some aspects of how it dealt with remote file inclusion. |

You might also wish to check out the Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login!, which includes most of the advanced BB code as well as PHP syntax highlighting, but does not include the spoil tag.
Disclaimer: I haven't tested this or even uncompressed the download. |

I installed the Advanced BBCode mod the other day and it is really neat. I really didn't have a need for it other than just to see how it looks, but it would be a cool addition to have on a site that uses the forums a lot. |

Look at kguske's post at the top of this page. He has it hosted. |

i can't seem to get the youtube embedding to work. I tried to figure out how to work it by reading the BBcode.php files.
$bbcode_tpl['youtube'] = str_replace('{YOUTUBEID}', '\\1', $bbcode_tpl['youtube']);
$bbcode_tpl['youtube'] = str_replace('{YOUTUBELINK}', $lang['youtube_link'], $bbcode_tpl['youtube']);
this made me think i had to embed the youtube video like this:
[youtube](youtube url here)[/youtube]
but doesn't seem to work on my RN2.4.01 site
could anyone help me out ?
best regards,

did you embed it like i tried to? because that would mean a install failure on my side.
im running RN2.4.01 and downloaded the mod from the link you provided nuken.
I uploaded the mods folder to my Public_html folder (there were the mainfile.php is)
and the Pre-edited files to their respective folders. (BBCode_Box_vRN24_01\RN v2.40.01 Pre-edited files\modules\Forums\includes\bbcode.php --> therottenrepublic.co.cc\htdocs\modules\forums\includes\bbcode.php) etc
perhaps i did something wrong ?
thanks on advance for your help
best regards,
