I am not sure if the problem is ie 9 interference or something else. I would complete the form and hit preview and only the title would show. Also find the copy paste has problem if you want to use paste from word form. The form would not display completely so you could paste data.

I have not had any issues with IE9. Some things I would try would be use a different browser and see if it works, make sure any non core blocks are disabled just in case there is a js conflict with them, and I would also try a different theme if the one you are using is not an included theme. If that doesn't work, I would reload the entire news and submit news modules.

This was working up until just the other day. The only thing different was upgrading to ie 9 and some additional windows update. I will try reloading the modules.

Could not reload because now I cannot get ftp to connect to my sites. However, I tried to use the edit news and insert image using safari, opera and firefox. The submit news had no problem in these browsers.

I was checking on the fck editor forums and some have had an issue with IE9 and FCK. I was not having an issue because I had my site set to Emulate IE8.

This may help you. http://cksource.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=22251
