I hope I am not duplicating this question. I wasn't able to find anything similar by searching. Embarassed

I want to lighten my PHP-Nuke 7.1 to enable easier downloads of the site for back ups (I am on a 26.4 dial up conection) and was wondering if it is ok to remove the non-english language files since my site only caters to people from my home town in Texas. I am not using the multilanguage feature, nor do I ever plan to implement it.

I also wanted to know if it is ok to remove all of the modules and their corresponding admin functions (case, links, modules) without breaking the site.

My aim is to remove the features that I do not use without breaking any dependencies.
