block-RWW_WhoIsWhere.php problem

I moved with my site to a new host and from PHP 5 to PHP 5.2
Everything went fine but the blog had an error.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in modules/RWS_WhoIsWhere/index.php on line 1

Well, line 1 contains only the opening PHP Tag.

I have solved this using the short PHP Tag on line 1 instead.

But I really still wonder, why there are a issues with this block and not with the rest of the site and the other blocks when the php.ini settings are different to my previous host.
Anyway, is there any problem using only

Not sure why that would be, but I think it is time for an upgrade if you are still using modules/RWS_WhoIsWhere as that was eliminated in 2.4 Wink

Maybe it `s also because the block and site was down for around 20 hours. Strange behavior but its solved. I like this block on my site and I will upgrade there only in places because of many changes and modifactions over the last years.
