Thank y'all kindly.. For those who may want to customize the large icons: I'll add another plug for iconsweets2 as it's one of the best free icon sets I have found, and I've looked at many of them. Only drawback is you need to have photoshop, but if you do it's very handy as the icons are done a custom vector shapes.. Meaning you can drag/drop into your project and easily change color, gradients, etc.

spasticdonkey, have you checked into the licensing for these with the author? The following makes me a little nervous about including in anything that is redistributed:
Quote: |
You may use these icons for both commercial and non-commercial projects and customize them any way you like. You may NOT redistribute these icons from any other server.
|
I personally wouldn't include in any package that I released without first checking with the author. Usage isn't an issue, but redistribution could be. |

I didn't feel like I was violating the intent of the license, but you are right and I have contacted. I wasn't really thinking about that when I added the psd files, so that could be an issue as I included 7 of their icons there. In the "sprite" form I can't see how it would be an issue, as they were designed for "all of your iPhone, iPad & Android apps or new web projects"; so you essentially distribute them when a user visits an ap or webpage. But we'll see what they say... |

Yeah, I know what you mean. I've just hate it beat into me at work by the lawyer-types to be extra careful. The term "distribute" is quite broad. |
