Block view group permissions issue

I have a problem with blocks. I create a custom block and set permissions to a user group but the group can not see the block. When I return to Block settings no group is marked. I do again... and the same.

Block set with Only Groups not appear (even if I log in with another account that belongs to the group set).

Any solution?

Sorry it was a problem with the navigator. I press refresh at the wrong tab and it double post it.
