In modules/Your_Account/public/new_finish.php find the following line around line 198
Code:
$message .= _FOLLOWINGMEM . "\r\n" . _UNICKNAME . ' ' . $ya_username . "\r\n" . _UREALNAME . ' ' . $ya_realname . "\r\n" . _UPASSWORD . ' ' . $user_password;
|
and change it to
Code:
$message .= _FOLLOWINGMEM . "\r\n" . _UNICKNAME . ' ' . $ya_username . "\r\n" . _UREALNAME . ' ' . $ya_realname;
|
I haven't tested it, so make sure you backup the file before you make the changes. |

That could be caused by several things. Your admin email address could be listed as a spam address. Your site ip could be associated with spam reports in the past. Your sitename or url could be spam filter trigger words. |

You can check your IP and domain at http://www.blacklistmaster.com/
You should note that there are literally hundreds of blacklists though and it's pretty difficult to check all of them.
As nuken also mentioned, it could also be caused by a word or phrase in the email. Some spam filters have even been known to mark legitimate email as spam because the character set is substantially different. My own filter blocks all email that has chinese/japanese or cryillic characters. |

No problem!
You are probably using a shared hosting account and sadly, it is quite common for server IP's to get blacklisted for spam when all the account users on the server do not act responsibly. |

Anders, you might want to try turning on TegoNuke(tm) Mailer instead of using just the plain *nuke mail send. It uses a superior mailer library under the covers that might help as it follows RFC standards and such. |

Not a different solution for the same problem, but two problems, each needing a different solution. |
