Hello @all...

Since a year i am working on a shoppingcart system running on a smart-phone (android/iphone).

My current dev status is that I'm able to import a (manipulated in notepad) mysql database into the app generated from a oscommerce store.

Also it is able to browse the categories from that database data and of course show products within.

When ever a product is "tapped/clicked" the product inserts itself into the cart's basket.
When the product contains attributes, you firstly be redirected to a separated page to choose this selected products attributes.
These also will be inserted into the shopping cart basket.

Inside the basket you have an option to either "email the carts current content" or "save the content to a file on your sd-card".
The file saving is ment to be sent to google's cloudprint,so you can print out the reciept.

The reason i write here is cause i wonder if you think the idea has potential.(and cause I'm here for so long and dont know where else to go hehe)

I have a example here: http://www.osc2nuke.com/oscommerce/jqm_index.php
The example is fully webbased (oscommerce themed with jquery-mobile) but gives you an idea of how the gui runs on a mobile device.

Also notice that the concept is ment to be a POS (point of sale) app.
This means with it you are able to run a real shop (not just internet based).

Cool stuff! Looking forward to getting back working on a jQuery Mobile theme myself, once JQM 1.1.0 is released and I get some other projects off the board. Looks like 1.1.0rc2 just came out... Smile

Have you tried themeroller for JQM yet? http://jquerymobile.com/themeroller/
