Small Problem with 7.3 install

I won't tell you why, I'll just tell you *what* I did:

1. Fresh install 7.3 via fantastico
2. Chatserv 7.3 patch
3. Import of 7.1 database into new database
4. Import of files from 7.1 site to 7.3 site

Everything seems to work fine except for one thing. I use images in my block titles instead of text. Except for one image, the rest don't display. I don't get an error, just nothing shows up. The funny thing is, they show up in the Blocks Administration panel. Below is a screenshot:

So you can see they show up there but not on the block. Also, the admin gif shows up for no particular reason that I can see. Any ideas?

Fantastico is only installing 7.2. Could that be your problem?
