Hello,
I've had a phpNuke site for years, but the software is completely unsupported and my web host providers keep telling me that I need updated scripts.
There is only one reason that I keep using it, and that is due to a module that I love that is exclusively Nuke (called ClearChat written by Petter Solås). Due to the lack of support of phpNuke anymore, I've been looking for a way to convert his chat module to a more popular forum system, or to a more supported form of Nuke. Based on the recent posts here it looks like Raven is still alive.
There are 2 things I'm interested in:
1 - someone to help me convert the ClearChat module to be used with another forum database (my database skills are very meager).
or 2 - be able to completely convert my existing nuke site to Raven (as long as the ClearChat module continues working).
This has become more urgent this weekend as in an attempt to stop the ridiculous amount of unregistered user accounts being added daily, I renamed my database and changed my 2 config.php files to match. But it didn't work, so I changed them back to the way they were but Nuke is still broken (I get the page that says it's unavailable and should be back up soon).
Thank you, |

Hi
I have the same question so I didn't want to make a new post.I want to convert from PHP-Nuke 8.2 to RavenNuke but some of the links in Raven's Wiki are dead so I can't download important tools needed for downgrading the site e.t.c
Do you guys provide conversion service for some amount of fee/donation ? |

We are not aware of any such dead links. It would be helpful to us if you could report them here. Thanks. |

If you have problems, you can PM me a link where I can download the database schema (structure) that you have now and I'll take a look at it. Please do not include the data from the database. I'm about to leave the country so I only have a few days left. |

and just in case you are unaware, you should be able to export the db structure only via phpmyadmin. |
