Have you verified that you have the nuke_bbsessions table in your database?

Does this happen all the time or just randomly? If it is happening all the time, does your webhost have a limit set on your MySQL database?

It only happened. I had to drop all database and then upload my backup. Phpmyadmin doesn't work great with "repair database". It doesn't do any jobs. I remember there was one like this.

Look at number 1.

You can see repair database in that picture. It used to exist before. They removed that. That one works really great. I think I should try to do with ssh via linux instead.
