Registration Bots... what are you using?

I have a lot of bot registration activity on my site. I've tried registering at NukeSEO so I could download nukeSPAM but I never receive a confirmation email from the site to my gmail account.

I have the site set to admin approval of new users but would like to cut down on the number of bots.

Can ya recommend something?

If you're using RavenNuke, you can install nukeSPAM, available on nukeSEO.com or CA Honeypot from http://script-shack.com (or both). I can't find the download link for CA Honeypot (which was formerly of code-authors.com).
