i can not edit entries~

hi......i have a problem with my guestbook

i can edit entries that only incloud texts....

here is the problem .....
i can't see any "delet" or "update" buttons to edit entries if there are smiles contain in the entries,and the java script appeared in the comment box...it looks like the script to display the buttons

do u need more information to fix the problem....i can mail u my admin name and pw to u if u want to .......

this is my kisgb.csv.php file (i deleted all the entries)

My guess is that you may have edited your user.prefs.php file and may have a tick or quote mark unbalanced. Can you reinstall everything virgin and then try again before making any changes other than maybe allowing edit to messages?

i reinstalled it....but the problem is still there(i didn't make any changes on it)

and i try to reinstalled it with a different webspace .....but i still got the same resault

i can't edit entries if smillies r inclouded ...... is that normal?or i have to do some setup with it

any better ideas? thank u

That is not not normal nor have I ever heard of it. You are using the nuke version, correct? What Operating system? You may have to give me ftp and admin access to your site before I can help you.
