added admin and modify the header/footer + adding that idiotic banner. Btw my site is discusrealms.com I have done the necessary patch on the admin.php and auth.php from the instruction of your site raven. Mad

the previous hack was worst they redirect my site to another russian site.

So you did not have the admin protection installed before the hack? I would suggest that you install Sentinel and remove the stand alone hack.

yup that was before..I hope the patch will stop this from happening again. Sentinel is good? Anyway is there anything I can do to get these pesky hacking SOB? Mad

Sentinel is GREAT! Seriously! Once installed you need to go into the configuration and activate the various exploit protection settings. V2.0 is due out shortly but instal v1.2 for protection immediately.

Isolate the IP from your logs and then report him. That's about it.

From what I understand it's not illegal to hack in those countries so it's a game for them.

But I feel for you man ... they hit me also ... that was before I had Sentenel installed

Need to clarify some stuffs..I downloaded the sentinel 1.2 and my norton detect it as a trojan..why is that so?

Norton bugs out on two files in the download, part of the PCKiller stuff. It is not a virus, turn off Norton unzip and upload the files, you will be OK. search the board here and you will see it is a known problem with Norton.
