[Perhaps this is not an issue anymore, nevertheless, here's my input due to thread]

So, my question - is the solution/workaround that you are (or anyone else is) looking for by far any chance similar to the one that is being implemented as a top-center area [Centered Multi-Block + (2) x RSS Feed Blocks] at the below referred URL (frontpage)?

You'll identify (2)pcs of top-center area RSS-Feed blocks being set visible at all pages (not just frontpage, but wherever you move at that particular site)

<URL> http://www.ec-clan.org

If yes, then please let me know by posting a reply, I'll put up with a HOW-TO for reaching that outcome/outlook as an implementation target.

In order to produce the seen incorporation of *Center Blocks* and (2) x *RSS Feed Blocks*, you should first download the following (2) pcs of packages;

Quote:

- *NSN_Center_Blocks_UNI_211.tar*
- *block-rdf.zip*

::: NOTE ::: PHP-Nuke 6.5.0 - 7.3.0 required to be installed

Quote:
::: DOWNLOAD INFORMATION - ASSOCIATED URLS (OCTOBER-2ND-2004)

* NSN_Center_Blocks_UNI_211.tar [instead of NSN_Center_4]

DOWNLOADABLE AT:

* block-rdf.zip

Q: What exactly is meant by pre-installation flow?
A: It should be understood as an installation stage related to;
### extracting both of the used packages ###
- *NSN_Center_Blocks_UNI_211.tar*
- *block-rdf.zip*
[DONE 1/3]
### modification & copy to web server ###
*NSN_Center_Blocks_UNI_211.tar* : performing all the necessary modification (please see README.txt)
*NSN_Center_Blocks_UNI_211.tar* : copying the needed content to web server
[DONE 2/3]
### modification & copy to web server ###
*block-rdf.zip* : performing duplication (copy) of RDF --> "RDF1" & "RDF2" (or similar ones)
*block-rdf.zip* : configuring both "RDF1" according to your personal preferences
*block-rdf.zip* : configuring both "RDF2" according to your personal preferences
*block-rdf.zip* : copying both the "RDF1" and "RDF2" to web server
[DONE 3/3]

In this case, as a result of performed copy procedures, we now have:
"RDF1" == block-rdf-clanbase-all.php
***see content capture : Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login!
"RDF2" == block-rdf-clanbase-bf1942.php
***see content capture : Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login!

::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
::::: POST-INSTALLATION & CONFIG FLOW :::::
::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

Quote:
Background Status (at this stage):
- *NSN_Center_Blocks_UNI_211.tar* has been installed and necessary files copied to webserver (ready to be used)
- both the "RDF1" and "RDF2" have been copied to web server (ready to be used)

FINAL TASK == ASSOCIATING THE *RDF(s)* AS PART OF *CENTER BLOCKS*

Pre-assumption : Site Admin wishes to install (2) pcs of *RSS Feed* blocks ("RDF1" and "RDF2") at the top-center area of *NSN_Center_Blocks_UNI*.

STEP#1 : Move to *PHP-Nuke Admin Panel* Area :
PICTURE#1 : Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login!

Now that your Admin Panel window is open, please move to next stage by clicking the icon "Center Blocks 2.1.0"
[the above hyperlink will provide a snapshot of STEP#1 related window]

STEP#2 : Move *Center Block Administration Area* :
PICTURE#2 : Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login!

So, you're now at the *Center Block Administration Area* main window - please move to next stage by clicking the hyperlink *Center Block Top Configuration*
[the above hyperlink will provide a snapshot of STEP#2 related window]

STEP# 3 : Move to *Center Block Top Administration Area* :
PICTURE#3 : Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login!

Finally there... now, please set the *top center block* configuration parameters according to your target constraints. This requires first *uploading rdfs* into *center blocks* and thereafter settiing the proper parameters defining the *center blocks* outlook...
[the above hyperlink will provide a snapshot of STEP#3 related window and associated REAL LIFE CONFIGS...]

Now as soon as you've set your configs OK, then simply click *Save Settings* and you should be good to go! You should now have (2) pcs of independently working *RSS Feed* blocks instantiated as *Center Block* components.

Hope this helps.
