After 370 members not showing amount of online members!!!

Hi!

One of my friend has got problem with the Nuke. He has almost 370 members online on his site and suddently the Nuke don't show the status of the members anymore.

When a member log on so it show this info at your account:

Status: Offline
Last member: (name of the last member)
New member today: 49
Member yesterday: 81
Total members: 3022

How can we get rid of this problem please?

Have him delete his cookies and refresh his cache. If that doesn't work, report back.

Raven I just talked to him and he has done as you told above but it doesn\t helped.

What is the next step please?

Is he using Apache or IIS?
