Specific User Has Problems With Forums

Hi people,

I've got one user on my site that is complaining about not been able to access the site's forums once he logs in. I tried to access the site and confirm that there is a problem with his account, but not sure where to look.

When the user logs into his account and then tries to goto the forums, the page will load without any information or forums displayed, as if someone went and deleted all forums. No errors are being displayed.

I recently enabled the GT and I'm wondering if this could be accountable for the problem - however no other user seems to be experiencing it.

I've logged into the site's sql database, to compare the user's entry in nuke_users with exisiting accounts but nothing wired there.

Can anyone please provide an insight to this wired problem ?

hi ive seen a lot of weird things,even errors that only seems to effect certain members or just one of them.
as nobody responded yet with a solution try this.....
just delete this members account ,if needed from the database by hand and let him signup again.

I've resolved the problem, the account was deactivated for some reason. I enabled it via MySQL-Front and that was the end of it !

ah nice...that will probably make the member happy...
but i never heard of a account that deactivates itself .. Groovy

Maybe the user tried to change his/her email. Next time you can reactivate users through the forum's admin section under user management.
