I run a 3 websites on one server, here is how they are setup:

http://www.planetgunsmokeclan.com - My root site.
http://www.ryokoshome.com - redirects to http://www.planetgunsmokeclan.com/ryokoshome which is a subfolder on my root server.
http://www.nukeworks.biz - redirects to http://www.planetgunsmokeclan.com/nukeworks which is also a subfolder on my server.

You can also get to my subdomains this way to :
http://ryokoshome.planetgunsmokeclan.com
http://nukeworks.planetgunsmokeclan.com

When I went to install the NukeSentinel 2.1.1 upgrade last night my main site went fine but if I copy the files to the subdomains they kick the browser back to my main root site when you try to access them. I was using mozilla at the time and it came up with an error only once that said something about cookies and redirects maxed out, I didn't pay much attention to it 'cause I thought it was one of the other sites I was browsing. I am going to try to duplacate the error and if I can I will post it later. Anyway after I copyed NukeSentinel 2.1.0 back to my subdomains they worked again. my main root site is upgraded but my 2 subsites I can't access when I copy over the NukeSentinel 2.1.1 upgrade, I can't even run the nsnst.php files on them. Got any idea what the problem is? Thanks.

You probably have Force URL on. Use phpMyAdmin and edit the nsnst_config table. Set the Force URL to zero.

Humm I got it working, I am not sure what exactly fixed it, I tryed a few diffrent things.

First deleted my .htaccess files and recreated them. Then I created a password for my admin account in the Admin Auth List section and turned off Admin HTTPAuth. I logged out as an admin and a user and deleted my cookies from my PC. Updated the files and I was able to get to my sites, then I logged into them, updated the tables and it all worked. I think it was the password in the Admin Auth List, at least that is what I was guessing from playing with my test site. Thanks.

I thought about that Force URL setting too, so I checked it and it was off. Oh well it is working now and I am happy. Thanks guys for making such a great product. I have already thwarted a few admin/sql injection hacks with it. Boy and I just keep thinking about the 2 years I didn't know how unsecure PHP-Nuke was till I found NukeScripts and Raven phpscripts......

I had to disable Sentinel to get to my subdomain site. I then ran the upgrade script and enabled Sentinel and all was fine.

I've had that trouble off and on when doing upgrades. Seems like if I unistall the database then wait a few moments for the changes to take effect then install fresh it goes ok. If not I repeat the steps until it does.
