Well raven ...i just tried it and got errors all the way.....

and i tried a few,but i have more fields...
Did you mention ..."Fields enclosed by"..?

and after trying it as good as i can i get this...

and the file that i try to call has just a few lines to try this out...
so im stuck....

should be

LOAD DATA INFILE '/tmp/php02Gg8j' INTO TABLE `hits` FIELDS TERMINATED BY '-' LINES TERMINATED BY '\r\n'

Always use single quotes.

hi raven ,if you read this..
its solved.......
a programmer wrote me a php file to import the whole stuff....all i have to do now is change a few lines and i can use it to import all my files....
so i can sleep again..... Razz
