blank pages and ban problem

hi, i use 7.4 with chatserv 2.6
i install senti 2.1.1 an choose for all blocker options to email, block & default page.
then i tested it a few times.
sometimes it bans me and sometimes not.
but every time it gives me blank pages, normally it must be black pages..

what can i do?

all other functions are normal...

You mean you can trythe same exploit and sometimes it bans you and somtimes it does not, on the same exploit?

yes..
i destall and install again but it is same..

Sometimes are you logged in as an admin and sometimes not? Cause if your logged in as an admin you maybe a protected admin in which case you would not get banned.

Is the default template still in the abuse directory? If it is not then you may very well be getting the blank page bacuase it can't find the template.

ok.. i logout and try again and everytime it bans me..

but i still get blank pages..
i upload all abuse templates again..
but no difference Sad
