User Registration issue how to disable sending email thingy?

I am hosting my site from home, http://sirba.ath.cx therefore i don't have an email address which could automatically send messages to people in order them to activate their account.

Briefly account activation is out of question so how do I disable that feature. I don't want my users to activate their account, i just want them get it signed and then log in, is that possible with php nuke or is there any other way to do that?

If you put you ISP mail account in the php.ini file, then you will have access to the mail facility.

i am going crazy about that;

how do i disable that feature, no activation no sending emails to the users? can i disable that?

and i couldn't find that php.ini file

If you are hosting your site from home, then you are either using php defaults or you have a php.ini file. You have to have one or the other. Save this script to a file in your web server root and run it. At the top it will show you the location of your php.ini file.
