I would to thank you guys for the good job you've been doing with Sentinel and offer (Raven) to translate the user guide to brazilian portuguese in case you're interested.

I'll be installing Sentinel por phpNuke 7.5 and have already read the readme file, but have some questions. One at the time:
1- Should I (and what) edit the .htaccess , .staccess and nsnst.php files before uploading them.
2- Are they uploaded to root?

Thanx for now!

Absolutely on the translation Smile

#1 - Don't edit anything. just upload the files and run nsnst.php and follow the instructions. You won't use .htaccess and .staccess (directly) unless your PHP is complied as CGI.

#2 - Nuke root.

Please send me the .txt of the version you want translated and consider it done!

I'll be following your instructions on the Sentinel.

Internal Server Error

This is what I got. And I followed the instructions given. I know a mistake was made, but the question is where possibly. Please, guide me through the necessary steps.

<Files .staccess>
deny from all
</Files>

<Files admin.php>
<Limit GET POST PUT>
require valid-user
</Limit>
AuthName "Restricted"
AuthType Basic
AuthUserFile /path/to/your/.staccess
</Files>

unedited.
