The speed of the scroll on my calendar block is kinda slow. How can I speed this thing up?

find this line in the code and mess about with it...

scrolldelay= "25"

I have changed it all the way down to "1" and it's still slow. Then changed it to "75" and it barely moved! I guess that's as fast as it will go.
