i've changed my host..everything works except the gallery???

I've just changed my host:
Gallery works, but when i try to upload the picture or access the cofiguration page i get some errors!
When i am in Gallery index

You'll have chmod 0666 those files (dat lock users) and chmod 0777 the directories for users and all the albums. Then try running the configuration wiz again.

i get in configuration wizard this time without any erorrs messege,but the problem with

still exists!i cant understand anything from this symbols Bang Head

I chmod all dat lock users and now i can upload files,but when they are larger then 120x120 it says: Cannot create thumbnail! Sad
