I have just installed NSN download UNI 102a. From the admin panel everything looks Ok. I created a category and added a file. From admin panel, I can test the download of the file without any problem.

I opted for everyone to see the download files BUT only registered users can download.
Problem: Outside of admin, Only the categroy is shown with an indicator that one new file is available. When I click on the category, it does not show the File.

Any pointers???

Thanks

Make sure you have the download active.

Bob,

I activated the module. Could it be that I did not put the file in the right folder?
I had the file in the www directory. In the download config everything is checked Yes (except all visitors to suggest changes). I validated the link. The link works well inside the admin panel.

Try getting rid of the GT code for the downloads module and see if it works normally.

sixonetonoffun:
Yep, it was the GT codes. Actually I had to go into GoogleTap directory and rename GT-Download.php to something else. Just removing the GT codes in .htaccess were not helpful.
Thanks
