Including 'Last Seen Block' Into User-info block!

Ok i tried to put Last seen block into User-Info...but wherever i put

Code:

include("blocks/block-Last_Seen.php");

the above content of User-Info block dissappear,and only Last-Seen Block is on the place of it?
If i put the code on the top...it's ok nothing dissappear...but why is it?Why i cant put the Last-seen block somewhere in the middle?
Please help me to include somehow the content of the Last Seen Block into my User-ifno block!Thanks!!

ok once again sorry for my topic,the problem was in the $content =""; in the last-seen block ,because it was without dot!i change it to $content .="";
now everything's fine!

Just want to ask about it,how could i put it to scroll from left to right...cause when i put "left" direction of the marquee it shows,all users in column scrolling ...and the block became really long,`cause stretch in depends of last seen users..
i only want to scroll them in one row...
